We offer full backline rental in Austin complete with delivery and pickup or come by our offices to pick up the one or two pieces you need. Want to rehearse before your show? Soundcheck has state of the art rehearsal rooms available. Need a place to park your van and trailer? We have spaces available.
BACKLINE RENTAL POLICY
We require a representative of the band be at the venue to receive the gear at the time of load in. We will only release the gear if the band representative is present. No gear will be delivered where payment has not been received. Payment must be received from one source only, please arrange bill sharing amongst each other, we simply do not have the time to split the bill for you. Your gear is not reserved until you have signed and returned the estimate, completed the rental policy sheet and have signed and returned our credit card authorization form. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours of us sending you the estimate, we will assume you are not interested in the gear and will cancel your order. Any cancellation of contracted gear after March 1st will result in a 20% cancellation fee. We are so busy during festival season that we have to stick to these policies. You will also have to agree to them before submitting the request form below.
